The Impact You’ll Be Making

As Guest Experience Director, you will collaborate with other teams to create an atmosphere that welcomes, accepts, and engages everyone who enters BelPres. From the parking lot to the worship service, and everything in between, you understand the importance of a guest experience that will break down walls and soften hearts so that Jesus’ love and healing will be felt by all. You will also lead the management and execution of high-level, church-wide events, like Vision Night and Christmas Eve. As a critical part of our team, you will collaborate with every team on staff to ensure that our events run smoothly, support our vision, and create impactful moments for people to experience Jesus.

Who We Are Looking For

Skills & Knowledge

• Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission of BelPres

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and service

• Demonstrated experience managing large events and other complex projects

• Extremely well-organized, with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to maintain a friendly, calm, and flexible demeanor under stress

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience with volunteer management preferred

• Demonstrated passion for connecting people to community and service opportunities preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated experience with cross-cultural and multi-age ministry preferred

• Available to work a regular Sunday- Thursday schedule, with occasional Friday or Saturday events
