We’re looking for an amazing Guest Experience and Newbuild Marketing Specialist to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for managing a wide variety of marketing communications projects from creative inception to execution. Primary objectives are to improve guest experience and drive revenue, while reflecting our brand positioning. Projects span the customer journey from booking to the onboard experience and range from email, web, video, and print to branding and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing communications projects (including the development of creative briefs) while considering input from stakeholders, including business leadership, in-house creative team, production, marketing, social, PR, trade, supply chain and others.
  • Deliver exceptional marketing support and project status communication to onboard business areas including, but not limited to: Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Hotel, Guest Experience, and Newbuild teams.
  • Maintenance of creative assets and voyage algorithm for automated pre-cruse email stream.
  • Propose and manage project timelines, often adhering to tight schedules and demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Track performance and report on key success metrics.
  • May be asked to propose copy or lightly edit as well as to review creative for adherence to brand standards. Ability to do light photoshop and graphic design updates a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years marketing experience.
  • Entertainment, hospitality, travel or leisure experience preferred.
  • Experience with web, app, online advertising, CRM, eCommerce.
  • Planning, organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Collaboration and consensus building.
  • Basic graphic design.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Salary Range: $ 54,200.00 to $ 73,200.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
