DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure GTIMS operates effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain the MQ-9 LMS to maintain accurate and timely training documentation and grade sheet administration
- System administrator duties for GTIMS and LMS, assigning Wing level permissions for GTIMS
- Training database manager, working with GTIMS help desk on rule based syllabus requirements and pre-requisites, assist squadron GTIMS Associates with set-up and configuration of programmed flight training (PFT) classes with students names and applicable data, ensure accuracy and storage of all course grade sheets.
- Provide GTIMS and LMS user-level assistance and training to instructors, assist GTIMS help desk with install of GTIMS and LMS upgrades, assist with troubleshoot and repair of GTIMS and LMS system, backup of GTIMS and LMS database, repair of GTIMS and LMS student or syllabi database when corrupt, load and maintain LMS courseware.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
