The Group Sales Coordinator is an important support position on the Sales team. This individual will provide comprehensive support to an assigned sales team and have the opportunity to learn the traditional and digital media space at a foundational level and grow within one of the most successful hospitality companies.

Group Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Perform sales support for team’s accounts, including but not limited to market/account research, presentation development, and fulfilling ad hoc client requests
• Assist with compliance and risk management analysis for teams’ top accounts
• Maintain team’s contact and client management system
• Represent Wuzark Hotel Group at certain client events/meetings
• Assist in deal negotiations and ongoing account management for designated small accounts
• Lead local ad sales partnerships and other marketing initiatives
• Support contractual compliance monitoring and reporting

Group Sales Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
• 1+ year work and/or internship experience, ideally in the media/entertainment/technology space
• Proficient in all basic Microsoft office applications
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint software
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, collaborative team player
