Nova Property Network is a local property management company with 15 properties across the Oklahoma City metro area. We are looking to add a FT Grounds Maintenance Technician to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, timely, and professional.
Requirements:
- 1-year Grounds Maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and property management
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all residents, team members, and management
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respectfully manage difficult residents and/or situations
- Successfully pass a background and drug screening
