Great Plains Beef is looking for a dependable and hardworking full-time Ground Beef Production Member. This position will be focused on processing beef trim to produce high quality ground beef at various lean points. The Ground Beef Production Member will operate a variety of industrial equipment, to produce and package beef into patties, 1-pound packages, and bulk packaging. This role will also assist in labeling and boxing. The Ground Beef Team Member will also be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting equipment and the work room, to meet all food safety procedures.

This position will be carried out in Great Plains Beef’s state-of-the-art production facility. The ideal candidate will be a task-oriented worker, with strong attention to details and cleanliness. The Ground Beef Production Member will work within a team environment to make sure all safety and quality standards are attained. Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors is a must. This opportunity will also have the potential to cross-train in meat cutting. Assume other duties as assigned.
