Miller Brother Staffing is looking for Rough Grinders for a manufacturing company based in Meadville Pa.

POSITION: Stand Grinders
SHIFT: 2nd 2pm-10pm

CURRENTLY WORKING 6 DAYS A WEEK 9-10 HOUR SHIFTS
PAY: $16.84 + $.75 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL+PIECE WORK

Summary Description:
Grind gates to stated specification on procedure cards.
Essential Functions:

• Read and follow all procedure cards
• Grind gates to proper tolerance
• Count and verify count with proper route sheet
• Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards
• Comply with the Company's safety policies and procedures
• Perform any and all other job-related tasks as assigned

Skills or Experience Required:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE -
No prior experience or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS -
Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS -
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY -
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
