Studio Greeter

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Studio Greeter to join our amazing team! A Greeter’s responsibilities include ensuring guests are welcomed when they enter our studio. You will provide directions and information to customers to ensure they are prepared to begin our one-of-a-kind experience.

Foster Fine Art Portraits is a successful, award-winning studio in West Virginia, and we are experiencing phenomenal growth! We’ve reinvented the children's portrait experience and have quickly grown to be the leading photography studio in the area. We create timeless wall portraits, and we believe a Foster Fine Art Portrait is more than a photo. We specialize in luxurious children's artwork. The secret to our success is a great team who are passionate about giving families a great experience from the moment they book until the portraits are hanging in their homes.

Responsibilities

· Ensures the waiting area is prepared for scheduled sessions.

• Interact with arriving guests remotely to provide directions.

· Greets all clients with an upbeat attitude and prepares them to begin their experience.

· Ensure all stocking and upkeep is completed.

• Collaborate with studio workers to ensure all sessions are on time and clients are prepared.
• Oversee children during parental viewing sessions.

Skills

· Must have a positive personality and a desire to interact with adults and children throughout the shift.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Customer service experience preferred.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Childcare experience is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Moundsville, WV 26041: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
