2nd Shift Assembly Associate

Your Responsibilities:

As a Production Associate located in Greeneville, TN, you will support or perform assembly, disassembly and/or assembly repair operations in a team environment. You may be responsible for equipment operation and material handling for the production lines.

Types of Machines, Tools and Equipment Used or Operated:

Varies by specific duties. Includes but is not limited to: power tools, conveyors, testing and runoff equipment, gages, hoists, hand and power trucks, fixtures, clamps and various other hand tools.

Job Details:

Employees must maintain a safe work environment. Details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following:

• Assembles, bundles and/or packages to specification on a line or bench assembly operation
• Disassembles and/or repairs assemblies
• Checks results for conformance to print and/or specifications and makes necessary corrections
• Record data and/or keeps records for quality, maintenance, etc
• Checks equipment and tooling
• Performs some preventive maintenance to equipment
• Assists other team members
• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
• Cleans work area and performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job
• Employees must be able to work any shift, including regularly scheduled overtime and potential weekends

Starting Pay:

Earn over $20/hr with weekly incentive pay
Additional $1/hr Shift Premium

  Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age to apply
• Ability to work any shift/hours + overtime
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or National Career Readiness Certificate, or at least 3 years of manufacturing experience
