Summary:

JC Group is graphics company based in and around the Actions sports world with a focus on Cycling and Motorcross.

As a Graphic Production Associate, one of your primary responsibility will be to setup digital files from orders placed via online stores.

Another responsibility will require you to learn how to operate out large format printer, flat-bed cutter, and material laminator....we will teach you our Start-to-Finish process.

The ideal candidate will need to wear multiple hats and is willing to learn, grow, and help improve our process.

What you will do:

-Enter website orders into job management software.

-Apply vector graphics to various motorcycle templates and cycling helmets.

-Organize and maintain Setup and Print-Ready Files

-Email customer proofs and make requested revisions

-Follow step-by-step checklists for Setup and Print Ready files

-Follow step-by-step checklists for printing, laminating, and cutting procedures

-Properly load and use a cold pressure laminator following standard safety procedures.

-Load and cut vinyl on a plotter

-Load and print files on a large-format printer

-Ensure a quality-control steps are followed

-Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies.

Qualifications:

-Problem solver

-Highly experienced in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with a focus on Illustrator.

-Experience in a MAC environment

-Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail

-Must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects (at least 50lbs)

-Have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Spring Hill, TN 37174: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Required)
• Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
