Graphic Designer


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Works with Creative Director and design team to develop print and digital materials such as benefit guides, postcards, posters, email campaigns, inserts, and more for a wide variety of clients.
  • Execute the design, page layout, and copy edit solutions in a professional and consultative manner to satisfy client and consultant needs.
  • Accurately prepare files for print and translation services with adhering to specifications provided by the Production Manager
  • Collaborates with different business units (ex: Communications Consultants, Health Solutions, Workforce Management) when needed to understand business requirements.
  • Works independently and manages multiple projects on tight deadlines when required.
  • Routinely produces quality work even under deadlines.
  • Ensures proper workflow and procedures are followed.
  • Helps develop and bring new creative ideas to the business to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Stays on top of industry design trends, processes, and tools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience or Degree in Graphic Design/Similar Field preferred.
  • Portfolio showing examples of work and your role.
  • Exceptional design skills with attention to details
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Expert in Adobe InDesign
  • Critical thinker who can bring new concepts to life.
  • Positive attitude, forward-thinking, personable, and open to critique
  • Experience in Health Insurance Benefits is a plus but not required.
  • Copywriting, video production, and/or technical skills (Front End Development, UI/UX/IA, etc.) are a plus but not required.
