Review budgets and budget justifications for Systems Office and campus grant proposals.
Monitor and update agency contact information and maintain Event Reporting in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (i.e., Banner, Workday).
Submit final approved proposals to the granting agencies.
Ensure proposal and post-award programmatic and financial compliance with grantor and College policies and procedures.
Monitor budget and expenditure activity of assigned grants.
Advise project director on programmatic processes required by the grant, such as reporting reminders, dual reviews of reports, and proper verbiage for recognition of granting agency.
Advise campuses on grant compliance requirements, including but not limited to grant modifications, purchasing allowability, etc.
Advise campuses on College policies as related to grants, including journal entries, labor redistribution.
Performs periodic Time and Effort reconciliations as necessary.
In collaboration with the Assistant Vice President of Sponsored Programs & Project Support Officer and Executive Director of Sponsored Programs & Grants Compliance, conduct monitoring processes for grants, including site visits, and desk reviews.
Assist campuses in preparing budget modifications and no-cost extensions for submission to granting agency.
Review contracts for accuracy and manage the signature process associated with grants related contracts.
Assist with audits and grantor site visits.
Develop and conduct training on grant budgeting and management for staff and faculty.
Assist the Assistant Vice President of Sponsored Programs & Project Support Officer with providing project and grants progress updates as needed for division leaders, president and cabinet, and state board of trustees.
Assist the Assistant Vice President of Sponsored Programs & Project Support Officer with content for project and grant spotlights.
Stay abreast of changing regulations and best practices for grants management.

Associate's degree with three or more years of grant management and budget development experience or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Affairs Management, or related field required.
Strong project management is essential.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
Must be detail-oriented, positively anticipate, and react to frequently changing priorities and provide unparalleled customer service.
Occasional travel on College business is required.
