Overview
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by leading administrative responsibilities and accountabilities with dedicated areas of expertise within the Iowa Market.
Responsibilities

Lead a specific administrative process area within the Iowa Market

Payroll

Settlement & Accounts Receivable

Sales, Delivery, & Customer Support

Supervise the Sales & Delivery Administrative Support team in the Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, and Mason City locations
-
Monitors, analyzes, and effectively communicates business performance to ensure attainment of planned business targets
-
Lead efforts to track and collect on Special Events activity
-
Research and resolve customer issues on behalf of Sales or Delivery Management
-
Conduct periodic audits and trend reviews to mitigate risks
-
Provide administrative support to the location Unit Sales Director, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
-
Run, analyze, and distribute reporting as needed
-
Serve in a back-up capacity for direct reports and other Iowa/NE Market team members, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of tasks
-
Provide planning & execution support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities
-
Maintains Archive Room organization and document retention policy, including the arrangement of secure shredding services to destroy post-dated yet confidential documents
-
Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
-
Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
-
5+ years of experience providing administrative support
-
Prior leadership experience managing direct reports
-
Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
-
Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals

Self-motivated and proactive
-
Must be a strong team player
-
Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
