What you’ll do
Responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute an agile global DE&I strategy that advances Signify’s Great Place to Work Strategy.
- Translate the broader DE&I strategy into progressive practices and programs that reflect the best expertise in this space - from increasing representation to ensuring Signify has an inclusive culture that truly reflects our values and creates a sense of belonging for all.
- Drive the further development of DE&I innovation, concepts, strategies, and implementation while championing DE&I in the organization: tracking and sharing progress using data/analytics/metrics
- Develop an implementation plan for key priorities ensuring we meet internal and external commitments and embed DE&I goals in the functional strategic initiative strategies, aligning with our broader global strategy
- Partner with the HRBPs, market teams to ensure the strategy is consistent with the broader DE&I strategy as well as with the Signify People plans
Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree at minimum with 7+ years' experience in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (strategy, networking, partnering, leading), with both an academic understanding and experience gained as a practitioner (including global experience).

Proven success in designing, implementing and executing culture change initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to develop insights, telling stories, driving decisions and measuring impact.

Proven success in turning ideas and best practices into action.

Experience in developing and delivering DEI training for global, cross-functional audiences and partnering globally (internal and external) on DE&I initiatives
