Yolk Restaurant in Downtown West Palm Beach is currently hiring a General Manager.
Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant - Open 7am to 3pm Daily
Oversee the entire operation with the goal of creating a high energy, exciting, fun, clean, hard working atmosphere. There GM sets the personality of the restaurant and we are looking for someone that exemplifies the Yolk Experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must be comfortable managing Front and Back of House.
Oversee scheduling to meet Labor Goals.
Oversee ordering to meet Food Cost Goals.
Push team to be their best each and every day while creating a fun environment.
Operate in a clean and organized manner and insure team keeps up with cleanliness and organization standards.
Develop and grow staff along with the growing company.
Be dependable for the team and yourself.
