Your tasks
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- Manage Hi-Tech logistics center operations while maintaining customer relationship, ensuring and maintaining direct, productive, and positive relationships among all associates.
- Drive continuous improvement, ISO, and best practices initiatives that reduce cost of operations and improve service level, capacity, productivity, safety, and quality.
- Lead the hiring, development, and retention of distribution center staff to include continuous improvement, succession planning, and future growth of the business.
- Develop and Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees and productivity standards
- Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPI targets and goals
Requirements
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Must have at least 10 years experience in Sr Leadership role within Manufacturing Operation
- Ideal candidate will have experience within Hi-Tech/Electronics Environment
- Experience within Reverse Logistics preferred
- Ability to manage a demanding workload with changing Service Level Agreements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong leadership and employee relation skills with a focus on engagement.
- Strong background in a supply chain system (i.e. WMS, Inventory Planning, ERP, etc)
- Experienced in project management, and a proven track record of developing strong manufacturing organization and aligning internal resources with external customer expectation.

This includes preparing schedules for warehouse associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards.
