Southeast QSR (Taco Bell Franchisee) is looking for a Restaurant General Manager

Base Salary $60,000- $85,000 per year - Monthly Bonuses up to $2250 per period – Annual Bonus

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Preparing and conducting Team Member, Shift Leader, and assistant manager performance appraisals
• Coaching, counseling, training, and developing all Team Members and Managers to expected certification and performance levels
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service on all shifts and properly handling guest complaints/concerns to facilitate repeat business
• Effectively managing turnover by practicing effective selection and training and by treating their people right

Qualifications and Skills:

• Have at least two (2) years of restaurant management experience
• 18 years old or older
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Able to work flexible hours
• Valid Driver's license and transportation
• Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for extended periods
• Employment of this position requires an E-verify verification
