Hospitality America is looking for an energetic, dynamic individual to lead our Conney Award Winning 112-key Home 2 Suites Asheville Airport. Position Overview: As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest level of service, and upholding our core values. Your exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and dedication to excellence will be crucial in achieving our business goals while fostering a positive work culture.

- Accurately forecasts revenues/expenses based on changing market positions to meet Flex/Flow margins.

- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Anticipate and adapt to changes in the market and guest preferences, ensuring our hotel remains competitive.
- Implement strategies to enhance revenue generation, cost control, and operational efficiency.

- Conduct and/or participate in required meetings, including but not limited to, Daily Operations Stand Up, Business Review, Revenue Strategy, Budget Planning, and weekly Staff/Executive Committee meetings.
