General Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintenance of a few luxury residential properties associated with Revitacor. This includes but is not limited to general maintenance, some new construction management, repair, installation and upkeep of properties. The individual must have a high attention to detail the ability to work on deadlines, handle emergency off hour needs and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Essential Functions:

• Carpentry, painting, finishing, light electrical and plumbing work
• HVAC maintenance
• Operate hand and power tools, equipment
• Handle preventive maintenance
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

This is primarily a luxury home maintenance environment. Finger dexterity is needed to hold and work with hand tools. Repetitive use of hands and wrists using power, rotational, and vibration tools. Must be comfortable working in both indoor & outdoor conditions. Repetitive climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead. Stand for up to ten hours per day, depending on task requirements.

Hours:

Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm with ½ hour lunch and additional hours as needed

On call availability nights and weekends for emergencies

Salary Range: $40-$50per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
