General Laborer/Mechanic Job at Altamont Company

Language: Must be fluent in English, also knowing Spanish is a plus.
Skills: Comfortable performing maintenance and repairs on piping systems. E.g. disassemble/assemble piping systems, clean y-strainers, install pumps, cut/thread pipe. Forklift experience is not required but is a plus.
Requirements: Must pass a drug screening and background check.
We need someone who is comfortable getting dirty. As a general laborer you will primarily be part of a team that manufactures pressed wood. As the mechanic you will also operate pump skids, kilns, and hydraulic presses. You will need to operate a forklift to move assets around the plant and perform other plant related operations.
