We have an immediate entry level opening for a General Labor/Material Handler

The ideal candidate will work with our Mansfield manufacturing team and be capable of developing into machine operators.

OVERVIEW

• Performs basic materials handling, housekeeping and warehousing including the ability to calculate and document transactions on a daily basis.
• Helps lift and position materials for production.
• Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.
• Able to progress and learn to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Adhering to safety management standards.
• Adhering to production schedules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Flexibility to work overtime including weekends.

· Must be able to work and cooperate as part of a team.

· Ability to use math and understand and calculate measurements, fractions and weight scales and document accordingly.

· Ability to manage paperwork (read schedules, update schedules, etc.)

· Ability to read and understand measurement down to 1/16”.

· Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.

· Potential to produce quality product safely and efficiently.

Starting Pay $18.00/Hour with opportunities for advancement.
