Nature of Work
General cleaning of jobsite, light demolition, stocking of materials into buildings, etc.
Qualifications

• Must be willing to participate in jobsite clean-up
• Reliable & strong work ethic
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to exercise initiative or, as required, perform other duties as assigned
• Must be able to work well with others, as well as independently
• Past experience in a construction jobsite environment is preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements
Workers should be able to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds and ladders; reach for, handle, and manipulate objects and materials; lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and see well (either naturally or with correction)
Work Environment
Standard project site environment that may include machinery, parts, and chemicals. This job is performed under conditions that expose to risk of injury and/or illness. May require protective gear/PPE, which will be supplied by MW Builders on the first day of work.
