Joy-Mark, Inc. is a manufacturing facility located in Cudahy, WI. We use automated vacuum forming and mixing processes to produce a wide variety of custom made foundry feeding aids and insulating metal handling products.
We are looking for Machine Operators, Oven Tenders, and other production workers for 1st shift. Our 1st shift hours are 7a-3p, M-F.
Pay range begins at $15/hour depending on experience.
Production:
- Operate all machinery
- Guarantee manufacturing remains smooth and efficient
- Fill in for any position when needed
- Initiate equipment tool changes or set ups
- Drives a team-wide effort to accomplish assigned tasks
- Complete other tasks as they come up
- Problem solving
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Work overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to learn how to operate all machinery
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Fork Lift Experience
- Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude
- Driven by results and takes initiative
- Dependable transportation
- Regular and consistent attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent
