The General Farm Laborer will learn the various aspect of seed corn bagging and seed corn production, with the training provided by our experienced staff. The work duties are seasonally based, creating a variety of responsibilities and development opportunities in our production facility and outside in our fields. With season-dependent work, you may assist in performing any other duties throughout the year to assist in the production of crops. A successful General Farm Laborer is one that enjoys learning new tasks, taking responsibility for a variety of processes and has a desire to grow within the company.
This position will involve a decent amount of driving in a company vehicle, so having a valid driver's license is required. You will have a home office in Deforest, WI and will also get to participate in all the farming operations during the summer months.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
