Purpose of Job:

The gatehouse attendant is responsible for greeting all homeowners, visitors, guests and team members as well as providing directions throughout the Tuhaye Community while displaying a professional and friendly demeanor.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Greet all residents, visitors and team members in a friendly and courteous manner while approaching vehicles directly.
• Obtain proper access documents from all residents and team members.
• Assure that guests and vendors entering the community are authorized by either a Homeowner or a Department Manager.
• Report any safety, driving concerns or gatehouse/gate structural damage witnessed to the HOA Manager and Community Patrol Department as soon as possible.

• Provide service and direction to Emergency personnel as needed when entering the community.
• Assure that entry into the community is clear of snow and debris at all times.
• Assure that the gatehouse is clean at all times.
• We also cross train our gatehouse staff to be Community Patrol Agents.
• Community Patrol monitors Tuhaye and Empire Pass,, reporting contractor violations, owner violations and providing helpful safety protocols and information to the areas.

Required Experience and Skills

• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position, or similar field .
• Previous gatehouse attendant / Community Patrol experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and on call, although we try very hard to schedule ahead and to be fair.
• Valid Driver's License and able to pass a Background check

Physical Requirements

• · Physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Some lifting is required

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
