Kelley Garden Service is looking for a talented Gardener to join our growing team. The ideal candidate shares an enthusiasm for plants, proper horticultural techniques and working outside. We are a small company with a commitment to quality service, teamwork and growth.

We focus on pruning, planting and fine gardening throughout the North Seattle, Magnolia and Captial Hill neighborhoods. We do not mow lawns and we don't use use chemical pesticides/herbicides/fungicides. We practice natural and organic methods.

Pay is $21 - $24 depending on experience. Great Health Insurance. Paid Holidays. Paid time off after 1yr.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid WA State Driver's License & reliable transportation
• Minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience
• Knowledge of basic gardening techniques
• Knowledge of basic pruning techniques and a willingness to learn
• General knowledge and identification of common plants and weeds, pests and plant disease
• Honest, reliable, positive, punctual, hard-working, hustle mentality
• Proof of Covid vaccination and booster status

DUTIES

• Work 4 or 5 days a week: 8 hr days.
• Work throughout the greater Seattle area, including the east side
• Able to regularly lift 50 pounds, occasionally 75+ pounds
• Weeding, raking, pruning, debris cleanup, planting and transplanting, general garden maintenance
• Able and willing to work in all weather conditions

PAY

• $21-24/hr depending on experience
