Work Schedule: M - F 8 hour days Some evening and weekend work hours required at various times throughout the year in particular supporting special event fundraisers.


Position Summary
The Fundraising & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the general coordination and implementation of fundraisers, events, and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to public interaction, print production, digital design, online events development, and performing administrative and clerical functions for the Fundraising and Marketing Offices.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Facilitate online fundraisers for the agency by creating, developing, maintaining, and operating event websites.
  • Create and manage timeline for fundraising events annually, coordinate guest registration, maintain guest and sponsor lists, and prepare materials for upcoming events. Communicate timelines and deadlines with internal team, external agencies/vendors.
  • Administer and perform administrative and clerical functions to include updating and maintaining donor databases, corresponding with donors, volunteers, and organizations by email and mail.
  • Digital design, print production, and distribution of agency-wide materials for events, vendor tradeshows, and internal print requests.
  • Attend public events.
  • Assist the Vice President of Fundraising and Development with the Capital Campaign.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Experience
Required Experience: 1 to 2 years
Experience: 2-3 years experience in an administrative position, preferably in a non-profit development office; 1-2 years experience with event planning and organization preferred; 1-2 years experience with digital designing
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; skill in Adobe Cloud programs beneficial.
