You will be able to maintain a healthy work/life balance with a projected 40–50-hour work week and our organizational structure is a flat, meritocracy which provides freedom for continuous growth and responsibility. For example, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage internal workflows and client deadlines.
- Build client relationships & liaise with client personnel on a daily basis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with investment professionals, investors, auditors, and banking personnel.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial work paper packages, including portfolio investment schedules, accruals, and partner capital allocations.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes for publication.
- Manage middle office responsibilities include capital call notice generation and processing, partner distributions, paying fund expenses and wire processing, and complex calculations of management and performance fees, including cash distribution waterfalls (e.g., carried interest and real estate JVs).

About You
You will be able to display a desire to learn, grow and roll up your sleeves to build a business, while simultaneously handling multiple assignments. The following attributes would also be advantageous:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business degree.
- Introduction to financial products including, but not limited to, public and private equity, fixed income, venture capital, and real estate, a major plus.
- 0-3 years’ experience.
- Self-motivated, conscientious, confident, patient and a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with unsurpassed attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a start-up environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and perform well under pressure.
