Site Supervisor

We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as a site supervisor. The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused. A customer service focused individual is absolutely necessary.

These responsibilities of the operations supervisor may include training and supervising employees, reducing operational costs, monitoring the compliance of the account being serviced with operational policies, and providing excellent customer service.

Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm;

Pay Rate $22/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day custodial management staff and customer service operations of the facility.
• Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of provided service and maintenance of systems and equipment;
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree (AS in related field preferred, i.e. Hospitality, Operations Management, Business Management) OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Managerial Role.
• Thorough knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in implementing operational processes.
• Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
• Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
