A busy + active dual physician family is looking for an experienced + loving nanny house manager to join their family.

Both parents have demanding careers as surgeons in the Milwaukee area and when they have down time, they value spending quality time with their two teenage sons.

As a family, they enjoy traveling, spending time on the lake (wake surfing!), staying active, spending time in nature and going to the symphony.

The oldest son (15) loves mixed martial arts and is on the wrestling team at school. The youngest (14) loves the arts + acting and is currently in a play that runs through Christmas.

The boys gravitate to a nanny that is engaging, active, and caring. The ideal candidate will have years of experience as a dedicated nanny + household manager. A nanny that is proactive, organized, kind, young-at-heart, and takes great pride in keeping the household running smoothly + looking beautiful, and finds joy in making meals will be a wonderful fit for this family.

The family has had nanny/house managers in the past and view the nanny as an integral part of the family. With both parents being surgeons, it is imperative that the nanny is reliable and on time every day.

The nanny house manager will be responsible for preparing breakfast for the boys and getting them to and from school + extra curricular activities. When the boys are at school, the nanny can focus on household management tasks such as grocery shopping, making lunches for the next day (for the whole family), preparing dinner, running errands, tidying common areas, household laundry, making the beds, etc. The family has a cleaning service, so there will be no heavy cleaning expected.

The family truly values and appreciates the nanny and wants them to feel respected and supported at all times. They hope to find a nanny to stay with them until at least Fall 2024.

Interviewing now with the position to start January 2023 (or earlier for the right candidate).

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-6pm *flexibility for shorter hours come April when oldest son gets his drivers license

Compensation: $25-30/hr BOE salaried

Benefits: guaranteed weekly salary pay, one week PTO of nanny's choice, extra PTO when family takes vacation (up to 3 extra weeks), holiday bonuses, holiday pay, family vehicle to use during working hours, paid federal holidays, option for health insurance stipend, raises and bonuses based on performance
