Full Time Maintenance Technician Job at The Little Clinic
High level candidate has experience and expertise with the knowledge of motors and belts. Has an ability to read schematics and prior experience with preventative maintenance. They can learn to work with robotic dispensing, pneumatic systems, and gain electrical skills.
Position Summary
Provide complete maintenance service to the facility and all assigned equipment in a timely, safe and quality conscious manner, and as economically as possible, in an effort to deliver the best service possible. Essential Job Functions
· Ensure all facility equipment is in good working order to reduce and eliminate downtime
· Evaluate and troubleshoot potential issues with equipment and provide appropriate maintenance service
· Conduct plumbing and maintenance service on conveyor controls, pneumatics, and other equipment
· Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on equipment
· Ensure work processes conform to OSHA and other company safety regulations
· Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts
· Prepare and maintain accurate records in a timely manner
· Perform routine facility repair and cleaning as needed
· Communicate with associates, supervisors and managers to solicit information regarding issues with equipment on a daily basis
· Be on-call to provide service to the facility after normal business hours and on weekends as needed
· Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· 3+ years experience in maintenance
· Excellent oral/written communication skills
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Must possess a valid driver's license
· High level of electrical/mechanical skills
· Computer operation skills
Desired Previous Experience/Education
· Associate Degree in in electronics or equivalence in experience
· Any experience maintaining equipment in a production facility
· Any experience with conveyor controls
· Any experience with pneumatics
· Any experience with plumbing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.87 - $33.45 per hour
