We are needing 7 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday
Jobs Description:
· Able to teach children using a hands-on approach
· Employees must be willing to create lesson plans and agendas for developmentally appropriate practices for ages zero to five years of age.
· Develop a careful and creative program suitable for children 6 weeks- 4 years old.
· Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
· Collaborate with other educators
· Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, or colors, do crafts etc.)
· Organize nap and snack hours
· Willing to change diapers, clean floors, and
· Supervise children to ensure they are always safe
· Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
Skills/Requirements:
· Ability to pass National Fingerprint Background Check
· Extremely organized and detail-oriented
· Patience, flexibility, and love for children
· Strong communication and time management skills
· Proven experience as a childcare / daycare teacher
· Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
· Believes in having fun
· Is trusted by others
· Always learning, growing, and willing to adapt to change
