Currently, MPG is seeking to hire experienced Inventory Lead for our location at 9301 Globe Center Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560. If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train Inventory employees
• Perform analysis and inventory control reporting activities such as cycle counts and full physical counts for the facility
• Identify and reconcile facility and stock inventory discrepancies
• Analyze and use critical thinking skills and reporting skills to present inventory control information
• Maintain and update records
• Count materials, merchandise, or supplies in stock
• Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• Develop or improve upon inventory management procedures
• Will complete metrics for Inventory
• Create BOLs when needed
• Interview prospective candidates for Inventory

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to abide by all company practices and procedures
• Ability to maintain an excellent rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer experience in Excel
• Experience with warehouse systems (Veracore is a plus)
• Prior experience working in an office setting and warehouse environment preferred
