Work Environment:
At Duluth Trading Company, we fundamentally believe in strong in-person interactions as our culture thrives when we learn, create, and collaborate with each other. Since this role will be supporting our warehouse technology, it will be fully onsite in our Adairsville, GA fulfillment center.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues. Participate in daily L3/L4 support and monitor active service desk tickets. Expedite resolution of incident by working with vendors and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Build/configure PCs, thin clients, VOIP phones, mobile devise, printers, and conference room equipment.
- Warehouse automation systems subject matter expert.
- Provide operational and technical support with respect to warehouse operations and use of IT applications and warehouse automation equipment to support critical business processes.
- Coordinate resolution on serious incidents and extraordinary requirements.
- Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) on production application and integration failures and drive necessary remediation of defects.
- Regular meetings with Business/IT team and vendor to contribute to the product roadmap.
- Elevate break/fix issues and necessary enhancements for WMS and integrated warehouse automation equipment. Promote further automation and process streamlining.
- Ensure that the agreed upon service delivery agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Work with IT Product Owner and vendor to jointly own the delivery of enhancements, break/fixes, patches, updates, backlog items, and upgrades.
- Ensure housekeeping routines, health checks and maintenance, and data quality standards are followed. Be a positive and active force for change programs and user adoption around warehouse technical operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant major or equivalent experience.
- Equivalent work experience would be considered.
- Highly developed troubleshooting skills; tenacity and hunger for finding the root cause of a problem.
- Experience supporting desktop/laptop equipment, mobile devices, printers, and applications.
- Experience with basic network troubleshooting and resolution.
- Experience with Manhattan WMS system is a plus.
- Experience with SCCM, VOIP phones, and thin clients.
- Experience implementing, administering, and/or supporting warehouse management systems, warehouse automation. systems and related integrations and equipment.
- Knowledge of D2C (Direct to Consumer) fulfillment and retail replenishments.
- Familiarity with the integration technologies and concepts (e.g., API’s).
- Strong collaboration, multi-tasking, and organization skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Desire to learn new applications is required.
- Dependable and reliable; available to provide weekend and after-hours support as needed.

Compensation: $65,000+/Year
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
