*2nd Shift Schedule: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM*
People Leadership
Team Development and Retention
- Hires, coaches, trains, and develops distribution associates-providing both informal and formal job performance-based feedback.
- Engages and inspires the distribution center associates.
- Creates a positive and engaging work environment where people are motivated to perform their best.
Operational Management
Fulfillment Center Management
- Responsible for the overall performance of assigned shift, to include safety, quality, productivity, and culture of team.
- Develop and execute daily/weekly/monthly operational plans that maintain DC throughout and balance while achieving budget goals and expectations.
- Responsible for both short and long-term staffing of assigned shift.
- Coordinate with other leaders to ensure any assigned special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, or other building priorities have adequate resources and are accomplished as planned.
P&L Management
- Understand the DC’s annual operating budget and performance against set goals; able to analyze labor and expense performance and adjust accordingly as it relates to P&L.
Health and Safety
- Ensures Federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, CDL, DOT and MHE) are being followed in distribution center
- Proactively identify risk behaviors and coach/train to eliminate
- Ensure the operation leads with safety
Internal Collaboration
- Work across distribution center shifts to drive results, frequently collaborating, negotiating, and planning with colleagues to ensure success of the operation.

ATTRIBUTES / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5-7 years of leadership and supervisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supply chain leadership experience, preferred
- HighJump experience a plus
Required Qualifications
- Travel up to 5%
- Physical requirements are inclusive, but not limited to, the following:
- Ability to work at a physical distribution location
- Ability to work in an office environment (in a stationary position) but will also on distribution floor as needed
- Ability to occasionally lift windshields, up to 35 pounds
- Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements as outlined in the Field Supplemental Handbook (i.e., ability to wear safety glasses while working in the distribution center)
o Constantly operates a computer and other standard office equipment, such as a phone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
o Frequent communication with customers, associates, vendors, and others. Must be able to exchange accurate information.

- Policy and Regulation – Provides guidance and training to others while interpreting and applying comprehensive knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies in the warehouse. Ensures the safety of our associates in the workplace
- Analyzes data and trends – Utilizes spreadsheets and reporting to address underperformance in the distribution center. Navigates spreadsheets to address changing needs and trends.
