Job Description

COMC has exciting immediate opportunities for a Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Algona, WA. As Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate retrieving, splitting, and shipment of high value trading cards. You will exemplify COMC’s standards and values through your actions. You will work individually as well as in coordination with the Team Manager, Squad Captain, and other department teams. This is an entry-level position for someone looking to start their career! Our ideal candidate will be passionate about all types of collectibles.

Job Responsibilities

• Bring a positive attitude, be flexible, and treat people with respect
• Retrieve, split, check, and package shipments to arrive at their destination on time and in good condition
• Maintain expectations for all tasks (KPIs)
• Meet daily production goals
• Reports errors and missing inventory to Squad Captain or Manager
• Attend huddles and engage in one-on-ones
• Meet team expectations, such as maintaining core business hours, coordinating with management and teammates
• Assist in daily duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Experience handling delicate items (ex: collectibles, food, easily breakable material etc.)
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience maintaining and organizing inventory.
• Has worked in a role that requires strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills. Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB etc.).
• Interested in learning about the trading card industry.
