We are expanding our delivery division and will be hiring 4 full-time delivery drivers. The area will consist of the new River Valley, Dublin, Pulaski, Draper, Wytheville, & Max Meadows. Applicant needs to be responsible, hard working, good work ethic and have safe driving abilities. Applicant will distribute and pick-up packages promptly and safely to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Work scheduled days
• Keep equipment clean and report any repair items
• Work closely with management to ensure efficiency and safety

Driver Requirements & Skills

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must pass drug screes & DOT physical
• Must have a good DMV record review
• Must pass background investigation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Be able to work independently & as a team
• Must have a positive attitude
• Excellent work ethics & character
• Be able to work in a changing environment
• Be able to use handheld equipment and use GPS and Mapping software
• Ability to operate vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions safely
• 1 year driving experience with a business within the last 3 years or 5 years in the last 10
