Char Restaurant, a part of 4Top Hospitality is now accepting resumes for the position of Front of House Manager (4Top is an ESOP, meaning we are an employee-owned company. Your shares in the company are fully vested after five years).

This position entails:

- Development and oversight of service operations

- Scheduling

- Training

- Working closely with the Chefs

- Daily management of a 5,000 sq ft, $5M+ a year restaurant

- An entrepreneurial attitude towards your work

- The ability to be a part of a team and a desire to be a part of a team

- The ability to have fun at work (no meanies!)

This position provides:
