Let’s get down to the nitty gritty and talk responsibilities and duties:

· Provide excellent customer service to members/guests while building lasting client relationships

· Achieve personal sales goals, while supporting goals of your team

· Sell memberships and products (must be able to meet conversion % goals)

· Follow all standard operating procedures outlined

· Perform required daily operational tasks, includes answering phones, booking appointments, following proper file procedures and maintenance, restocking, cleaning and other duties as assigned

· Perform various other duties as assigned by manager

· Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
