Front Desk Receptionist - Willing to Train Job at Washington Pacific Eye Associates
Our thriving ophthalmology/optometry practice in beautiful downtown Kirkland is looking to add another front desk receptionist to our team. Our ideal candidate must be dependable, efficient, and enjoy working with people. Availability on Saturdays is required. Ophthalmology/optometry front desk experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Collecting and processing patient payments
- Answering patient phone calls
- Verifying insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Scanning, faxing and/or mailing documents
- Assisting with patient optical orders and glasses adjustments
