The Outing Club is hiring. This position is a 25 hour a week position, operating the front desk for The Outing Club at Mountainside, a racquet and fitness center.
You will be interacting with members and guests while making sure they have a positive experience at the OC at Mountainside.
Applicants who demonstrate strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast paced environment are encouraged to apply.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Assists all members and guests at Mountainside with top notch customer service
● Answers the phone in a professional manner
● Process all cash/credit card transactions at the front desk
● Check members into the facility
● Scheduling guests/members for upcoming events
● Daily cleaning and general upkeep of the facility
QUALIFICATIONS
● Customer Service experience (3 years preferred)
● CPR/AED First Aid Certification (we will train if needed)
● Proficiency with computer applications such as online software
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
● Outstanding customer service skills - ability to make customers feel welcome
● Flexibility - schedule may include weekends, mornings, and evenings
● Minimum age of 21.
