Position Overview

The Sales Associate is often the first person to greet Guests who come to Sky Zone, so it is very important that Sales Associates show enthusiasm and friendliness at all times. Sales Associates must deliver WoW Guest experiences whether at the counter or on the phone. In addition, the Sales Associate is expected to know all relevant “real time” information regarding Sky Zone and have the ability to effectively explain and sell it to the Guest. This type of information includes (but is not limited to):

· Membership Tiers and program elements

· Park hours of operation

· Price for all services and products offered

· Features and Benefits of products, promotions and programs

· Details of our waiver policy

· Cost and information about SkySocks

· “Real time” court availability information

Position Profile

The Cashier will provide information and complete sales transactions while maintaining the highest level of Guest service.

Qualifications (Must Be 16 Years Of Age or Older)

· Ability to provide excellent Guest service

· Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively

· Ability to develop rapport with Guests

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to handle money

· Ability to handle and resolve Guest complaints

Responsibilities

· Greet the Guests

· Provide features and benefits of Sky Zone programs and promotions

· Explain Sky Zone court policies

· Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies

· Complete sales transactions and handle cash

· Handle concessions orders

· Stock concessions inventory

· Enter data into computer system

· Stock front desk supplies

· Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested

· Attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and training sessions

· Other duties as assigned'
