Chang Eye Group is searching for an energetic and personable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to complete our team. We offer rewarding careers with competitive compensation. Our employees are considered to be extremely valuable members of our successful and busy Ophthalmology practice.
As an Patient Coordinator at Chang Eye Group, you will lead the practice with excellent verbal and written communication. The Patient Care Coordinator is expected to engage with patients via telephone and in person to be able to communicate insurance and triaging needs to ensure appropriate scheduling. Must be a team player who is organized and have the ability to multi-task. We are seeking a pleasant telephone voice and someone who is courteous in communicating with patients and their families.
