Front Desk/Member Services - Opening Shift
We currently have an opening for our opening shift Monday through Friday - 4:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
BE ON TIME
Assisting members with questions, making shakes, light cleaning, general upkeep of the gym and locker rooms.
This is also a sales position - must be able to give a guided tour of the gym, know and master the sign up process and all follow up procedures.
Must (after training) be able to master the policies and procedures of membership, cancellations, etc.
Must be able to work within a sales goal each month.
Be proactive to the needs of the front desk in terms of supplies, etc.
Must have a love for fitness and for people. Be engaging and present at all times.
Must be willing to complete an online training course prior to hiring.
