JOB SUMMARY

The Front Desk Coordinator Float will support the Patient Coordinator Team by providing front desk assistance and shift coverage assistance in South Austin and the surrounding areas!

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide the highest quality customer service to patients
• Interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Check in patients and ensure completion of all necessary paperwork
• Inbound and outbound phone calls to patients, attorney offices, & doctor offices
• Thoroughly explain insurance benefits to patients and collect patient payments
• Process emailed requests; records, patient follow ups, etc.
• Maintain schedule and ensure that it stays fully booked

WORK SCHEDULE

The Front Desk Coordinator Float will be based out of our James Casey location in South Austin but may be asked provide shift coverage as needed at our 4 locations located in South Austin and the surrounding area!

Base Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• 4316 James Casey St, Austin, TX 78745

Float Locations: South Austin & Surrounding Area

• South Austin (James Casey) Mon-Sat 8am-8pm
• South Austin (Onion Creek) Mon-Sat 8am-8pm
• Rollingwood (Bee Caves Rd.) Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
• Bastrop Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

SALARY

• $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement if traveling to Bastrop location!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with Medical Imaging / Radiology
• Aptitude for serving others in a calm and professional manner
• Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with team members
• Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patients, physician, and business information
• Complete confidence and ability to effectively work in Microsoft office products while comfortable learning new software platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
