We are seeking a Front Desk Manager with an eye for detail and an interest in customer service to join our growing team. The Front Desk Manager will be in charge of ensuring that the front desk area is well stocked, that all supplies are accounted for, and that all guests receive a warm welcome and check-in quickly and efficiently. This position requires experience interacting with customers and an ability to think quickly on your feet.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and efficient service at all times to all guests.
- Ensure that all guests have a positive experience while staying with the hotel.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with guests and staff members.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Manage staff member performance.
- Manage guest requests and complaints.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Complete relevant training classes.
