We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented and energetic Front Desk Manager who is responsible for greeting and attending to guests in a friendly, professional and courteous manner, utilizing consistent standards of service. This position requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Our Front Desk Managers are often the first point of contact for customers' issues with our products, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to handle complaints and resolve issues.
- Answer phones and greet visitors in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a professional business image.
- Perform accounting duties.
- Cash handling
- Cleaning and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting where needed
- Assist in training and essuring success with front desk team.
Hotel experience: 2 year (Preferred)
