How to Make An Impact!
The Front Desk Supervisor will assist in the supervision of the front desk staff to ensure guest service and operations meet standards. The Front Desk Supervisor will review that Front Desk agents are following checklists, and making sure all guests credit cards are authorized for the correct amount. Other responsibilities include confirming, processing, and conducting guest check-in/out, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations; including 3rd party reservations. You must also be able to secure payment, and verify and adjust billing, activate and distribute room keys, process all guest requests and relay messages.
Tools for Success:
- Prior cash handling experience necessary
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Six months Front Desk experience required
- Strong computer skills
- OPERA Knowledge a plus
