Our Dental Practice is seeking a Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist. We are looking for the right person to complete our team, who will be fully trained to take on the dental receptionist position. We're a family-oriented, conservative dentist with state-of-the-art technology to bring the best patient experience when treatments are needed.

Does NOT require dental experience. If the candidate is willing to learn and treat patients well, we will be a good team.

* Main responsibilities for this position include:

• Observe and maintain optimal clinic schedule
• Present treatment plan and book patient appointments
• Work with billing team to provide necessary information
• Book new patient appointments
• Answer and process calls and emails
• Entering insurance information and checking insurance eligibility

Knowledge of the dental world is a plus but not necessary.

Pay to be determined based on experience. There is the opportunity for a monthly bonus based on performance of the team!

* Job Type: Full time or Part-time

* Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

* Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8AM - 12PM, 1 hour lunch, 1PM - 5PM, more than 32 hours/week )

* Supplemental pay types:

• Dental office or customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
