Role Overview
Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Front Desk Concierge responds to a wide variety of resident requests by accurately assessing the resident’s needs and inquiries and offering personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all The Q’s policies.

Available Shifts

1. Tuesday & Wednesday, 6:30am-3pm + Thursday - Saturday, 2:30pm-11pm (Full-Time)

2. Thursday - Monday, 6:30am - 3pm (Full Time)

3. Sunday – Wednesday, 2:30pm – 11pm (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • As the Front Desk Concierge at The Q you are the first face to welcome residents home and the last face to send them off with “Have a great day”!
  • Addressing all phone calls with the utmost customer service and to properly assist the caller, whether it be by responding to the callers’ questions or transferring the call to the proper team member.
  • Manage high-volume phone lines with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Welcome new residents and guests and ensure that prospects and visitors are comfortable as they wait for leasing.
  • Demonstrate the utmost expertise on The Q’s partnerships, technological offerings, unique amenities, and amazing common spaces.
  • Be the biggest promoter of The Q Brand’s lifestyle, amenities, partnerships, and technology-forward features.
  • Communicate and document any tenant/guest compliment, complaints, or additional feedback and provide follow up to solve these issues.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the community resident portal to assist residents in reserving amenities and inputting work orders.
  • Monitor all CCTV systems to ensure the community is always secure.
  • Manage the community lobby and uphold lobby policies and procedures.
  • Be communicative with management in sharing messages and notes in an organized and concise way.
  • Any additional responsibilities that are designated and assigned.

Qualifications Required

  • As the Front Desk Concierge at The Q you are the first face to welcome residents home and the last face to send them off with “Have a great day”!
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Professional and pleasant tone of service.
  • Ability to provide superb customer service skills, while always maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Positive, personable, energetic with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working alone and in a group setting.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve & prioritize workload.
  • Ability to quickly analyze a situation, come up with solutions and implement them.
  • An unflappable, confident demeanor.
  • Solid judgment.
  • Must be an organized; detail oriented, self-starter who is able to work independently and part of a group.
  • Responds positively to feedback and critique from others.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school or GED required.
  • Must be compliant with The Q Dress Guidelines standards within the policies and procedures of this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
